Member Retention & Secondary SPendDe VereNeed: Reducing cost and improving engagement was at the core of the request from De Vere Leisure Clubs for a member e-newsletter project. Result: Starting from scratch enjoy! created an online data capture programme to build a substantial email list of members. From here a monthly programme of emails was created to drive referrals, enhance secondary spend, push hotel cross-sell opportunities and increase general communication with the members. |
