The web based Portal will ensure brand integrity across its 150 franchise, license and business supported sites but allow autonomy at local level for the franchisee. Utilising a number of available modules that include print on demand, stock warehousing & ordering and email marketing the portal is anticipated to help reduce costs by up to 12%, improve lead times by 20% and help in sales revenue growth predicted at 14% during 2010.
