Shapemaster look to increase local activity whilst controlling brand integrity

Franchisor Shapemaster are making use of enjoy!’s Marketing Resource Management (MRM) tool. The web based Portal will ensure brand integrity across its 150 franchise, license and business supported sites but allow autonomy at local level for the franchisee. Utilising a number of available modules that include print on demand, stock warehousing & ordering and email marketing the portal is anticipated to help reduce costs by up to 12%, improve lead times by 20% and help in sales revenue growth predicted at 14% during 2010.
